All none residential customers are qualified for our Free!
Account Management program regardless of which broker's
services you have used in the past or which service provider
your services are currently with. Currently we are the
only broker providing this service and these services
are among the things that set us apart.
What to expect:
It is not our goal to convince our clients to change service
providers as we do not promote any one provider over another
in a biased fashion.
Our commitment is to you the customer, to find ways to
offer you the most savings.
Since informed people make educated decisions, twice per
year your dedicated Account Manager will fax or email
you a proposal. Included in our proposals are other providers
who are providing the same or more services than currently
have for less. Your proposal may include new technology
available through your current and other providers for
less than you are currently paying.
Managed accounts also receive an annual cost efficiency
analysis based on the average usage over the previous
six months. (All reports are followed by a phone call
or email from your dedicated Account Manager to ensure
the reports reached its intended recipient).

the customer and the service providers to bring a resolution
to all customer service, billing or technical issues in
a timely fashion.
All account management requests can be reported to your
dedicated Account Manger directly via telephone, fax or
email.
Communication Price Solution Inc. contacts your service
provider on your behalf within 24hrs of your request.
Our Account Management services are 100% FREE!
How do we get paid for offering such first-rate world
class services? When your current term agreement is up
for renewal; when you need additional services our sales
professional will work hard to find you the lowest rates
with the service provider of YOUR choice, guaranteed.
Our brokerage services are also 100% FREE! The
service providers pay us a fee for being your private
